These guys are super honest and friendly. Took my daughter's car to Firestone to get an oil change. About 2 months later we noticed there was oil where she parked on the road. Firestone said everything was fine. Took it to these guys and he found the drain plug was loose. Tightened it up and cleaned up the oil residue under the car. Did it all free of charge. They have my business anytime I'm in need of a mechanic, and I can't recommend them enough.

Incredibly impressed. As a female, going to repair shops is always a stressful experience because you tend to get pressured into unnecessary repairs and lied to. These guys were so transparent and kind. Their pricing was reasonable and I left feeling confident which was a rare occurrence for me leaving mechanics in the past. I will only bring my vehicle here for future work and I consistently recommend this place to my friends and family. A huge thank you to the team at NC Auto Services!
